Phase -1 Pre training assessments
- Leadership skill inventory (LSI) self and peers: To measure how individual leader see himself (self perception) and how others see them and to find the gap. This would give them a way to assess their strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate areas where their self perceptions are congruent with those of others (team members) and where there are the discrepancies.
- Personal SWOT ANALYSIS: Identify individual strength and weaknesses, Uncover opportunities and manage threats, Further develop individual talents and abilities and Your reflected best self
Phase-2 Mid training Psychometric assessment
- Emotional intelligence- EQ: Research indicates that successful leaders and superior performers have well developed emotional intelligence skills, making it possible for them to work well with a wide variety of people and to respond effectively to the rapidly changing conditions in the business world.
- MBTI (Myers Briggs test): To assess the individual personality type, Action plan to manage their work that best suits their style, Knowledge of type preferences in personal and professional life, Best suited style application in decision making, problem solving, conflict situations and interpersonal relationships.
Phase-3 Post Training assessment
Presentation by each participant involved in the intervention program. Each participant will make a presentation of maximum 15 minutes on the entire intervention program. They would highlight the key learnings, the implementation and subsequent changes made to their approach and to their working styles. Post training the participants rate themselves and are rated by the same peer group on the mentioned 6 key leadership areas on a likert scale of 5.
